Dr. Stacy Jagger, LMFT, RPT-S, DMin
Educator & Speaker

Dr. Stacy Jagger, LMFT, RPT-S, DMin, is a licensed marriage and family therapist, registered play therapist–supervisor, author, speaker, and founder of Music City Family Therapy in Nashville, Tennessee. She is the creator of the Mountain Method, a five-phase process designed to help families regulate the nervous system, resolve conflict, and reconnect through creativity, play, and digital detox.

With a strong background in expressive arts and play therapy, Dr. Jagger integrates music, movement, and creativity as powerful tools for resilience and healing. She has extensive experience guiding families through trauma, divorce, and relational conflict, as well as supporting high-performing families and children impacted by stress and disconnection. In addition to her clinical work, she supervises emerging therapists, facilitates parent intensives, and leads marriage enrichment programs.

As a speaker, author, and workshop leader, Dr. Jagger communicates therapeutic concepts with clarity, warmth, and creativity. Through her nonprofit, Advocate for the Creative Child, she expands her mission of fostering healing and growth by providing play-based opportunities for children in therapeutic and community settings.

Outside of her professional roles, Stacy enjoys music, creative expression, and finding new ways to bring joy and connection into everyday life.
